Meiji Restoration of japan
The Meiji Restoration of Japan was a trade treaty made by japan allowing the U.S.to trade with them. In the year of 1853 under the command of commodore mathew perry the United states sent many ships to japan on a sucessful mission to stop the nations self-imposed isolation and lead the nation into a generation of barter. The treaty made between U.S. and Japan has influenced other countries Russia, Britain, and Holland to make treaties similar to theirs.
